Can I buy online if I don't have a Paypal account?

Yes you can! You don't need to have a Paypal account, we simply use the Paypal secure payment system to process our orders. When the Payapl screen comes up, there are two options:

1. Sign in to your Paypal account or (below it) is option 2: Don't Have a Paypal Account?

If you click on the second option, you can pay by any credit card without having to create a Paypal account.

What size do I need?

BLACK, RED and GREY are available in the following sizes:

Small Ladies 4-9 // Men 4-7

Medium  Ladies 9.5 - 12 // Men 7-11

Large  Ladies 12.5+ // Men 11.5+

PINK is only available in size Regular which fits a ladies shoe size up to size 9

These sizes are based on Australian shoe sizes. For USA, Canada & UK size charts, please refer to our Product Info web page.

How long will delivery take within Australia?

Orders are posted out within 24 hours of receipt (business days only).

Regular Delivery times are as follows:

Melbourne: 1-2 business days

NSW, SA, ACT & regional VIC: 2-3 business days

QLD & TAS: 3-4 business days

NT & WA: 4-5 business days

Express Post is available as an option in our shopping cart and normal Express Post times apply from Melbourne where we are based. For next day delivery applicable to East coast destinations, orders should be placed before midday to allow time for processing, packing and posting.

How long will delivery take to destinations outside Australia?

Orders are posted out within 24 hours of receipt (business days only). All orders of 3 or more pairs are sent using Express Post International (though we charge Air Mail rates in our shopping cart). Parcels take approx. 5 business days to most destinations. However, if your order is time-sensitive, please contact us urgently.

If you would like shipping via Sea Mail to save you some posatge $$, please contact us for a quote. We only offer Sea Mail on orders of 100+ pairs.

Can I be invoiced or start an account with you?

Yes, we can invoice you and products will be posted out once full payment is received.

Accounts are only offered to government departments and hospitals. Please contact us to enquire further.

Are the socks available in other colours?

All our current stock options are shown in the shopping cart.

Do you offer an embroidery service or customisation?

Yes, we can customise your socks. You choose your own sock colour, choose your own grip dot colour and/or embroid your own logo.

There is a minimum order requirement of 1,000 pairs per size and colour. Smaller quantities cannot be customised.
